the hotel boasts clean and spacious rooms. amazing facilities, including a spa and gym, are available. i found it quite convenient that nishiki market and the surrounding food district were just a short walk. i was also delighted that umbrellas and bicycles were readily available .

The mattress felt soft. It was not very comfortable for me.

I found the room beautiful and the beds really cozy. The hotel supplied lots of toiletries and water which was good. The bar and restaurant onsite worked very well for me. The hotel location was excellent since a subway and Keihan railway line are nearby.

I thought the plastic bottles and plastic amenities wasn't very sustainable.

i was pleased when the front desk quickly moved me from the ground floor to the fifth floor. the hotel's central location made sightseeing very easy since many spots were within walking distance. i really liked the complimentary coffee, tea, flavored water, and snacks offered in the guest lounge after touring each day.

i found the plastic bottles and amenities in the room to be unsustainable. housekeeping also did not clean my cups or organize my shoes properly. the mattress was soft, and this was not comfortable for me (but maybe it is for others).

The location was fantastic. It was a very short walk from the station. The room was very comfortable. The espresso machine, slippers, and pyjamas were wonderful amenities.

The room was a bit small. Storing two suitcases proved difficult. The closet lacked storage space. I had to ask for extra amenities on certain days.
