great location blackout curtain unclean cups disordered shoes
The location is great. I could quickly walk to restaurants and shopping. The Premier Twin Room I stayed in was excellent. The beds were super comfortable and large (I loved it!). Blackout curtains really helped me.
The cups were not cleaned by housekeeping. My shoes were also not put in order (that was a bit annoying).

the hotel boasts clean and spacious rooms. amazing facilities, including a spa and gym, are available. i found it quite convenient that nishiki market and the surrounding food district were just a short walk. i was also delighted that umbrellas and bicycles were readily available .
The mattress felt soft. It was not very comfortable for me.

Wonderful Experience
cozy bed ample toiletries convenient location nearby subway
I found the room beautiful and the beds really cozy. The hotel supplied lots of toiletries and water which was good. The bar and restaurant onsite worked very well for me. The hotel location was excellent since a subway and Keihan railway line are nearby.
I thought the plastic bottles and plastic amenities wasn't very sustainable.

The premier twin room was super clean and very spacious. Beds were large and i could choose pillows. There was daily cleaning service in the rooms. Blackout curtains also helped.

excellent location and modern amenities
quick move central location complimentary snacks
i was pleased when the front desk quickly moved me from the ground floor to the fifth floor. the hotel's central location made sightseeing very easy since many spots were within walking distance. i really liked the complimentary coffee, tea, flavored water, and snacks offered in the guest lounge after touring each day.
i found the plastic bottles and amenities in the room to be unsustainable. housekeeping also did not clean my cups or organize my shoes properly. the mattress was soft, and this was not comfortable for me (but maybe it is for others).

the room was very nice and clean. the beds are like giant, comfortable clouds, according to other guests (i found it comfortable, too). the hotel has rooms with tatami sitting areas and modern restrooms.

The location was fantastic. It was a very short walk from the station. The room was very comfortable. The espresso machine, slippers, and pyjamas were wonderful amenities.
The room was a bit small. Storing two suitcases proved difficult. The closet lacked storage space. I had to ask for extra amenities on certain days.
